Planning a funeral for a loved one can be an upsetting and challenging experience. Especially if you haven’t discussed their wishes with them beforehand. Adding to this can be the financial pressure of paying for the funeral.

Planning ahead can involve things like your will, funeral plan, expression of wishes, etc.
What is a funeral plan?
A funeral plan covers the cost of your funeral when you pass away. It is the most effective and secure way to guarantee your funeral is cared for and paid for in advance. It covers the price of the funeral services of your choice and provides your loved ones with all they need to fulfil your wishes for the funeral arrangement.
We can guide you through the process, allowing time and space to consider all the options available, before finalising the plan you want.
The money you pay into your funeral plan is held safely in a trust with our plan provider. We will provide you with all the details of who they are, their credentials, and security.
What will the plan cover?
Funeral plans cover the basics of a funeral, plus anything else you would like to include. This includes the cost of a casket, treatment of the body, transportation of the body to a funeral director, and a hearse.
It usually will not include additional items such as flowers, providing for a wake, a paper notification, or extra vehicles for the family members, but if you want to include other items, we can do this with one of our bespoke plans. We have a range of package plans to choose from or we can create a bespoke plan for you.
Clarity is important. We understand this is one of the biggest choices of your life, and we will explain every detail so that you can make an informed decision. Some providers may only offer you standard packages. But we understand the importance of flexibility. Talk to us. We will help you tailor your funeral plan and set aside sufficient funds to fulfil your wishes so that your loved ones are not asked to pay the difference when the time comes.
What does a funeral plan cost?
With our bespoke funeral plans, you can be as extravagant or as simple as you choose. Our funeral plan offers you the option of cremation or burial, along with the choice of an eco-friendly funeral or natural burial. Alongside our bespoke plans, we have a selection of standard packages.

An Expression of Wish
An Expression of Wish is detailing everything you would like in your funeral but does not involve paying in advance. This means your loved ones are fully aware of your wishes but does also mean the funeral would need to be paid at the time of need either by your family or your estate.
