Extremely good service. From the time dad was collected from hospital (late at night) - to the day of the cremation. Lara was really helpful when we spoke on the telephone - explained everything we needed to know & do in a very compassionate manner. She was extremely patient on her visit to mum & myself to discuss arrangements. We kept in touch via email & phone throughout - nothing was too much trouble. On the day of dads cremation Lara & her staff were very professional, showing compassion & respect to all. We highly recommend their services.
